Policies.

Curtain Time
We make every attempt to begin a show on time. Please note that purchased tickets may be released for re-sale five minutes prior to show time. In the event that you are delayed, please contact the Ticket Office 30 minutes before curtain time.

Late Comers
As a courtesy to other patrons, latecomers will not be seated in their ticketed seats once the performance has begun.

Ticket exchanges/returns
WICA does not refund ticket purchases. Theatre Series tickets may be exchanged within the same production for a $5 processing fee (per exchange).

Special Seating or Other Assistance
Please call us at least 24 hours prior to the performance. WICA is accessible for persons with disabilities. Audio enhanced infrared listening systems are available at all performances.

Children
WICA’s performances and events are geared for audiences of different ages. Please review event information or contact the Ticket Office if you have questions about suitability. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket.

Performance Related Changes
Performances and events, artists, dates and times are subject to change.

Prices subject to change based on availability
Due to market demand, ticket prices fluctuate. WICA does not issue refunds on ticket balances and cannot honor prices that may have been lower at an earlier date in the sales period.

Statute of Limitations
Issues related to ticketing or seating must be filed within 72 hours following the ticketed performance. All ensuing actions must be rectified within 7 days of the ticketed performance.

Phones and Pagers
Cellular phones and pagers disrupt performances. Please turn them off or leave them with the house manager before the performance.

Photography
(Including cell phone camera images) and sound or video recordings are prohibited during the performance.

Smoking Areas
There is no smoking in the theatre, lobby, or backstage areas. Washington state law prohibits smoking in areas of public assembly as well as smoking within 25 feet of entrances, exits, windows, and ventilation intakes. If you wish to smoke, you may do so within the parameters outlined above.
